- STATUS: PRIVATE BUILD — SAAS CUT PLANNED
Problem
Live interviews and meetings move faster than anyone can think on their feet, and every tool built to help is visible on screen — which disqualifies it the moment someone else can see it.
Solution
An Electron overlay that stays invisible and click-through: it hears the room through system audio, transcribes it locally with Whisper — the audio never leaves the machine — reads the user's context, and streams a drafted answer token by token, visible only to the one person who needs it.
Interaction
The overlay never appears in screen shares or recordings; answers stream in at conversation speed, not after a reload.
Outcome
A working desktop build — MIT open source for a stretch, private again while the SaaS cut is planned. The interface disappears; the answers don't.
DECISION: INVISIBLE BY DESIGN — ZERO FOOTPRINT ON SHARED SCREENS, AUDIO TRANSCRIBED ON THE MACHINE.
