What it is
FitEscala is a small company I started with Iván Mieres in April 2026. We run campaigns that bring new members to independent gyms and Pilates studios in Spain. If we miss the target in the contract, the gym gets money back.
What I did
I built the technical side. The CRM the business runs on records every call, visit and sign-up, so both we and the gym can check the guarantee. I also built the website, a Python tool that finds potential gyms in Spain's five largest cities, and an AI booking assistant demo that checks availability, books or cancels classes and hands over to a person when needed.
Where it is now
Our first client campaign, with a Pilates studio in Barcelona, has been running since October 2026.
